The authors studied the influence of low positive temperature on content of superoxide anion-radical and activity of superoxide dismutase in pea seedlings during inoculation by nodule bacteria (Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viceae). It was shown, that the content of superoxide radicals of oxygen and the activity of superoxide dismutase in pea seedlings of the Marat variety depend on temperature of inoculation by nodule bacteria Rhizobium leguminosarum, seedling organ and duration of action of abiotic (low positive temperature) or biotic (nodule bacteria) factors. It was suggested, that superoxide radicals of oxygen and superoxide dismutase take part in regulation of infectious and nodulation processes as at the optimal temperature as at the low positive temperature, at that the content of active oxygen form depends on not only activity of superoxide dismutase but, probably, on mechanism of radicals O2- generation.
