Obligatory conditions of labour contracts in Russia are analysed minutely. They are divided by obligatory conditions of all such contracts and by obligatory conditions of specific kinds of them only. The author suggests some changes on this set of Russian legal norms towards a direction demanded by a development of a market economy in Russia. He compares home regulations with similar issues of EC employment law.
