Contents of the charter of the religious organization and control of authorized activity

Purpose: Research of the constituent document of the religious organization - the charter for determination of its content. Methodology: Historical and legal, sociological and formal- legal methods were used. Results: In article the analysis of a number of the legal problems connected with contents of the charter of the religious organization and control of their authorized activity is carried out. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider contents of the charter of the religious organizations in the Russian Federation.
