Conceptual changes of the information security concept in socio-philosophical sciences

This article describes some research trends of studying the information security in foreign and domestic social sciences. The author focuses on information control as an essential feature of the information security. The scientific relevance of the research is that the strategy and the institutional environment of the information security are considered in the context of control over their implementation. The practical relevance of this research is connected with the application of its outcomes by the state and force authorities.
