Agreement on the protection and promotion of investments: problems of legal understanding

The analysis of the new contractual structure on attracting investments - the agreement on the protection and promotion of investments led to the conclusion of legislative confusion and complexity in determining its content and legal nature. A tentative conclusion is made about the attribution of this agreement to a new contractual structure, which has no analogues in Russian legislation, and about the need to amend the Federal Law "On the Protection and Promotion of Capital Investments in the Russian Federation".
