The purpose of this work was to carry out silvicultural and biological evaluation of measures for biodiversity con-servation and establishing ecosystems sustainability under anthropogenic pressure. Monitoring was conducted onthe fixed sites in 2011 and 2015, which are presented by logging sites with different periods of economic impact.Being preserved during logging the key biotopes (mature and old growth aspen trees) with minor participationof other tree species are highly resistant to various types of exposure. The average weighted figures of distributionof trees according to their condition characterize them as severely weakened. The reasonability of selecting and pre-serving such sites during logging has been confirmed by the presence in these areas of species included in the RedBook of the Vologda region. The species composition of macromycetes in the research objects is presented bymushrooms of 4 nutritional value categories. The safetyof wild berry plants on cutting sites with preserving keybiotopes reaches 35 % of the logging site total area, and the presence of berries harvest in the years of observationallows to note the positive dynamics of forest ecosystem restoration. The transformation of forest conditions afterforest exploitation, in general, does not influence the abundance and distribution of most of the considered species,as evidenced by the indices of species similarity, diversity, and community. In general, the performed logging operations made virtually no impact on the structure of flora and fauna frac-tions in the key biotopes, and the introduction of anthropogenically induced types, with high probability, will notdisturb natural processes of forest regeneration in these forest areas.
