Preservation and rational use of the provincial estates of Taurida as objects of cultural heritage (c. XIX- beginning. XX centuries)

The article is devoted to the study of the prospects for the restoration, conservation, rational use and development of provincial estates of the Crimea as objects of cultural heritage and a resource of territorial development. We are talking about three estates located in rural areas of the Crimean Peninsula - the estates of A. F. Mongen, H. P. Kokoraki, A. E. Junge. Their historical and cultural significance and the possibility of using them in cultural and historical practice are described and analyzed. Restoration and practical use of the monument as an integral component of the territory is considered as a significant factor in preserving the national heritage of Russia.
