The Article is devoted to the study of the situation with protection of cultural, natural, historical, and scientific heritage of the Russian Civil war in 1917-1920 on the territory of Siberia and Southern Russia, controlled by anti-Bolshevik regimes. The article examines the humanitarian situation in the field of national heritage preservation, as well as the policy of the anti-Bolshevik regimes in this area.
