Maintaining the indicators of effective use of agricultural land in terms of compliance with the rights of the tenant

The article examines the problems associated with the irrational use of agricultural land, which leads to their degradation and depletion, pays special attention to the need to improve the qualifications of land rights holders, introduces legal requirements for these persons, establishes the concept of a register of unscrupulous owners and tenants of agricultural land, based on the analysis of the ruling of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dated April 27. In 2024, No. 308-ES23-24297 proposes amendments to the current legislation regarding the expansion of regulations prohibiting the termination of land lease during field agricultural work.
