Preserving the psychological integrity of law enforcement officers during special conditions

This scientific article examines the problem of psychological stability among employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in extreme conditions. Attention is paid to threats to emotional well-being, including the risk of professional deformation, post-traumatic stress disorder, and others. Special emphasis is placed on the issues of self-regulation of an individual's mental state. It is concluded that ensuring the psychological safety of personnel is a complex task that requires both the development of individual adaptive resources through training in self-regulation skills and the creation of a supportive organizational environment.
