Somatic and autonomic manifestations of posttraumatic stress disorder

Functional somatic pathology is spread among patients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and was estimated at 45,7 % investigated. Prevalence of sympathicotonia causes efficiency of formation of functional somatic disorders from the side of cardio-vascular system (23,8 %) and dynamism of there regress. Increasing importance vagotonic radical in vegetative providing for PTSD leads to a jam of clinical manifestations, which is typical for the projection of pathology on the digestive and respiratory systems. Nature of individual perception peculiarities of combat stress allows to predict the projection of somatic disorders on certain body systems.
