Some ways to overcome difficulties in interaction-based foreign language teaching to students-athletes

The article is devoted to the ways of facilitating students’ interaction. Various interaction forms are in the highlight. Analyzing these forms the author comes to the conclusion that some of these interaction activities require special knowledge of strategies to provide a perfect implementation of the conceived ideas. The students of a non-linguistic higher school experience some considerable difficulties in selecting correct language forms and clichés when using these strategies. As a result a low level of the students’ language proficiency can lead to an undesirable failure or interruption of interactive communication. In this regard the author offers to organize the process of facilitated interaction including that based on the text which is the most effective means and the source of the speech lexical content of the communicating parties.
