А. Литвинов. Изъятие (ретракция) публикации обусловлено выявлением дублирующего материала в статье этого же автора под аналогичным названием «Дуалистический и кооперативный федерализм» в журнале «Аграрное и земельное право» (2011. № 9. С. ИЗ—117).

Retraction of the article: Emelyanova N.A., Saraykina S.V. [Natural, Cultural and Historic Potential of Mordovia’s Small Towns and Development of Tourism in the Region], REGIONOLOGIYA = REGIONOLOGY. 2013; 2:66—71.

The article published in the REGIONOLOGY journal (2013; 2:66—71) entitled “[Natural, Cultural and Historic Potential of Mordovia’s Small Towns and Development of Tourism in the Region]” is retracted with the consent of the publisher. The authors of the article are Natalia A. Emelyanova, Svetlana V. Saraykina. Withdrawal (retraction) of the paper is due to the identification of a large amount of duplicating material in the article by the same authors entitled “[Potential of Mordovia’s Small Towns for Development of Tourism]” in the journal of “Problemy regional’noj jekologii = Issues of Regional Ecology” (2013; 3:92—96).

The author of the article is Vadim A. Litvinov. Withdrawal (retraction) of the paper is due to the identification of duplicating material in the article by the same author entitled “[Dualistic and Cooperative Federalism]” in the journal of “Agrarnoe i zemel’noe pravo = Agrarian and Land Law” (2011; 9:113—117).
