Community of agricultural workers and their social status in the modern Russia

The article deals with such a poorly studied aspect of the sociology of village as a community of agricultural workers. It is argued that with the raising of the social status of agricultural workers it will be possible to ensure effective development of the rural community and the Russian society as a whole.
