Correlation of concepts: trust, confidence and faith

The study of the phenomenon of trust is updated, and the question of solving the problem of definition with the author's definition is raised. The separation of trust from related categories of confidence and faith is discussed in more detail. Part of the article is devoted to the grounds of differentiation, touched upon in the works of A. Seligman, G. Simmel and P. Sztompka. The theses presented by the authors were correlated with the definitions from the dictionary, as a result of which conclusions were drawn about the grounds for the division of categories, and the importance of their differentiation for science was also emphasized.
