The article describes in detail the exemption from criminal liability in connection with active repentance, the definition of voluntary renunciation of a crime is disclosed, and a comparison of active repentance with voluntary renunciation of a crime is given, definitions of basic terms are given, as well as exemption from criminal liability in general is described, a couple of examples are given explaining active repentance and voluntary renunciation of a crime.
