The results of the study of the composition of leaf litter of mixed coniferous forest subzone - sub-boreal forest. 3 records have been prepared site on the territory of Tyumen Federal Reserve, an area of 0.25 ha, Characterized by different ratios of coniferous and leafy trees typical of the mixed coniferous-deciduous forests. Sites submitted sites linden-birch and birch-pine forests with lime and fern pine forest with birches. Each site account before leaf fall at the end of August 2015 have been installed in a random order 10 wooden boxes for the collection of leaf litter. The bottom of the boxes had an area of 1 m2 and was lined with a polymer film with holes for drainage of rainwater. Litter was collected before the loss of snow cover in the second decade of October 2015, dried and weighed on technical scales. Next litter was divided into leaf and coniferous components, which have been separated from the branches, pine cones, bark, make up a small part of the total weight of the litter. The resulting sheet and softwood fraction weighed on technical scales. number of leaf litter was determined based on an area of one hectare. The studies revealed the following patterns: 1) the amount of leaf litter in the mixed coniferous-deciduous forests is determined by the species composition of tree species, edificators; 2) the highest number of leaf litter is observed in areas with a predominance of hardwood; 3) due to the predominance in Tyumen Federal Reserve secondary tall-deciduous forests, in which structure is dominated by birch and aspen in leaf litter leaf dominated faction.
