Correlation of innovativeness and traditional culture of organization

The article is devoted to the relation of innovation and traditional culture of the organization. The authors show that, despite the orientation of the organization's culture of innovation as the main value of technological society, creating conditions for innovation of engineering and technical workers does not meet the stated ideals of the creative corporation.
