Ratio of the category "corporate legal persons" and "subjects of corporate disputes" in the arbitration process

This article examines the question of how the civil legal category “corporate legal entities” correlates with the arbitration procedural understanding of the subjects of corporate disputes referred to in Article 225.1 of the APC RF. The analysis of these provisions shows that the indicated categories do not coincide in their meaning, and in the procedural sense, it is understood somewhat more narrowly than in the material sense.
