Correlation of cognitive and axiological components of knowledge in psychological studies of Lev vygotsky

The article considers the methodological specifics of the knowledge that combines cognitive and axiological components. In most traditional methodological interpretations of the knowledge these two elements were strongly set off one against another, however, since the end of the XX century the postpositivist philosophy has been trying to overcome this opposition. Within this trend the methodological position of Lev Vygotsky, who proposed the idea of cognitive-axiological nature of knowledge in psychology as early as in the beginning of the XXth century, appears to be of extreme interest.
