The correlation of some elements of the structure for proof: collecting and investigating evidence

Бесплатный доступ

The author reveals content for such elements of the structure of criminal procedural proof as collecting and investigating evidence. The author defines goals of this activity and ways to achieve them. Based on theoretical analysis, the author considers the correlation between collecting and investigating evidence, establishes fundamental differences between them. The conclusion that investigating evidence has become an independent element of the structure of proof, differing from collecting evidence, is drawn.
