The correlation of positivist and natural law origins in the political - legal thought of Russia at the turn of XIX - XX centuries

In the article the postulates of positivist and natural law doctrines in the theory and practice of Russian neo-liberalism, which emerged at the turn of XIX-XX centuries are analysed. The author completely enough reveals the views of representatives of neo-liberalism on the possibility of their integration into a single doctrine.
