The correlation of the principle of cooperation of the parties' commitment to the principles of the obligation law

The article authors give a general description of the principles of the obligation law; there are considered the main areas of concern of these fundamental requirements, stated the authors' approach to the system and the list of principles of the ob- ligation law. Taking into account the stated approach the principle of cooperation of the parties of the obligatory relation is considered and compared with such principles of the obligation law as freedom of the contract, an equivalence and stability of the obligation.
