Interrelation of the Russian legal system and conventional interpretation

The article is devoted problems arising from the implementation of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in the Russian legal system. Implementation of norms in the national legal system is possible, but taking into account that the convention norms, when operating in the state, should not create in the national law contradictions with the Constitution.
