Correlation of social and biological components in the personality of a road traffic offender

The article considers criminological description of personality of a road traffic offender, identifies correlation of social, biological, mental (psychophysical) components of personality and their influence on the formation and provocation of such a type of criminal behaviour. In the course of the study the authors make conclusions about the continuity of biological and social components, which individually do not affect development of a criminal personality and do not encourage deviant behaviour. But the indirect impact of social factors on the psychophysical abnormalities lead to possible criminal behaviour.
