Ratio of internal and international law: problems of establishment of hierarchy

In article ratios of regulations of internal and international law in system of the national legal system are considered. Characteristics of the international and national law are analysed. The predominating role of the Constitution of the Russian Federation over the international acts is revealed and it is proved that the international agreements of the Russian Federation have an advantage only over federal laws.
