The article systematizes the issues of interfacing customs procedures during the repair or modernization of goods outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union. The conditions for the application of customs procedures are analyzed, and attention is focused on key issues in this area. Recommendations are given to participants in foreign economic activity. The nuances of the movement of goods for repair or modernization in foreign economic transactions are being clarified to minimize production losses.
