The supporting continuous professional development of teachers of the secondary vocation system in the Chelyabinsk region: reboot

The article examines the continuous professional development of teachers taking into account modern requirements, the emphasis of which is on the construction of a unified federal system of scientific and methodological support (hereinafter - UFS SMS) of professional development of teaching staff and its integration with the regional (hereinafter - RS NMS). Federal documents define new entities for scientific and methodological support of teachers, including the regional methodological asset, whose activities should be integrated into the previously existing regional methodological system. The study was conducted using theoretical and empirical methods. Theoretical methods were used to analyze regulatory documents, and empirical methods were used to study the experience of regional systems in organizing scientific and methodological support for teachers. In 2023, the Chelyabinsk Region created the RS NMS, which is a segment of the Unified Federal System of Scientific and Methodological Support. The activities of the RS NMS are aimed at ensuring structural and substantive modernization of scientific and methodological support for teaching staff; introducing mechanisms for supporting and supporting the professional development of teachers; implementing modern approaches to designing the content of additional educational programs. The regional methodological asset is presented in the structure of the RS NMS as a professional and public association of teaching staff of the education system of the Chelyabinsk region (regional methodologists) and carries out activities in three areas: - support for the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary General Education, taking into account the professional focus of educational programs; - support for the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary Vocational Education in accordance with the enlarged groups of professions and specialties of Secondary Vocational Education; - support for management activities in professional educational organizations. The program for supporting regional methodologists is the priority areas of methodological work and the activities of the structural divisions of the Chelyabinsk Institute for the Development of Professional Education to implement them. The practice of regional methodological associations of the Secondary Vocational Education system of the Chelyabinsk region, which has developed over more than 20 years, is integrated with modern approaches to scientific and methodological support for teaching staff. Professional development of teachers is carried out by improving formal, non-formal, informal education through the construction of an individual educational route using the Digital Cabinet resource.
