The development of radionulides 90Sr and 90Y concentration and separation methods have been described in this paper. Distribution coefficients and processes conditions have been determined. It has been shown that maximum of Kd for 90Sr and 90Y have been reached in pH 9 and 3 correspondently. In the range of pH 1-2 both of them did not adsorb on Mycoton but at pH 7 Kd have been reached the same value ((~ 103 ml/g). Schedule of their separation and concentration and method of 90Sr determination in environmental monitoring have been proposed.
