In the modern world, much attention is paid to ecological compatibility, practicality and economic feasibility in obtaining and consumption of food products. A vegetable oil is an obligatory element of the human diet. Sunflower oil is the most common in Russia. Its good alternative is mustard oil. In this regard, we have been developed a new variety of white mustard called Feya. It is superior the variety Raduga, which was used as a control, for oil content on 0.5-1.5% and seed yield on 12-23 %, adaptable to the conditions of insufficient moisture of Rostov region.
