A new variety of mustard sarepskaya Nika with high oil content exceeded the standard variety Slavyanka on seed productivity on 0.4 t/ha and oil content on 4.7 t/ha. A variety Nika is erucic acid free, characterized by a less plant height, uniformity on plant height, flowering and maturity, an increased tolerance to the main pathogens, more resistant to lodging. The variety Nika was registered in 2012 in the State register of breeding achievements, allowing for usage. This variety is recommended for production for seeds, green fodder and green manure in all regions of the Russian Federation.
