Buckwheat varieties in the conditions of the Biysk-Chumysh zone of the Altai territory

To better provide the population with buckwheat products, it is necessary to increase the production of grain crops. In the conditions of the Biysk-Chumysh zone, in 2021-2023, we studied three varieties of buckwheat in production conditions: Design, Dasha, Devjatka. On average, during the research period, the Nine variety proved to be the most productive, showing a yield of 2.1 t/ha. The Dasha variety is a fairly balanced variety in terms of yield, regardless of growing conditions. The fluctuation in the yield of this variety was at the level of 1.7 t/ha.
