Plowshare for two lines sowing of grain crops with different level application of mineral fertilizers

The process of sowing is the main factor for getting high yield among a set of the factors influencing to receiving a big yield. No other technological operation doesn’t demand bigger attention and doesn’t influence more at a yield and its quality. It is necessary to provide for the purpose of creation the best conditions for germination and emergent seeds supply there with optimum stems density, and regular distribution seeds on the area and depth. Separate application of fertilizers and seeds is optimum. The special attention at sowing process should be paid to application of fertilizers. Tendencies of world development sewing machines are directed on different levels sowing seeds and fertilizers while the majority of Russian seeders produce combined application of a starting dose fertilizers together with seeds. The combined plowshare was work out. It can supplied two line seeding with the a width of sowing up to 50 mm at distance between lines of 80 mm simultaneously application a starting dose of fertilizers lower than a level of seeds on 40 mm. Carried out laboratory and field investigations showed that the offered design of the combined plowshare is efficient and allows to make sowing seeds and application of fertilizers on different depth. The analysis of the received results of field experiments showed that at sowing with simultaneous application of fertilizers on the different level supplied the rising grain yield from 9 to 20% in comparison with control (sowing without fertilizer). The conducted studies allowed to specify main parameters of the developed combined plowshare: for chisel - the angle of attack 25º, the angle of the chisel - 20º, length of the chisel - 0.110 m, chisel height - 0.18 m; for dilator of size plates: height - 0.12 m, width - 0.12 m; the plates are disposed at an angle 30º; diameter of the seed conductor and fertilizers conductor - 0.30 m.
