Compound and phytoplankton pigments contents in Vygozersko-Ondskiy water basin during the summer period

Results of researches the contents of phytoplankton photosynthetic pigments in one of the largest reservoirs in Kareliya - Vygozerslo-Ondskiy water basin testing an anthropogenic load as a result of its multi-purpose use are brought. Change of pigmentary characteristics in area of action of Segezh CPC runoffs and in zones less subject to anthropogenic influence is discussed. The maximal magnitudes of chlorophyll a now registered in former wastewater receiver CPC Laykoruchey, in area of modern release of runoffs Leyguba and on course of distribution of the polluted waters in Nadvoitsliy bay. Absence of significant interannual changes of pigmentary indexes and their ratio characterize stable functioning of phytoplankton in the water basin.
