The structure of lawmaking

Бесплатный доступ

In modern conditions, there is a need to consider lawmaking from a broader perspective, within the framework of a comprehensive study, a systematic approach. The notion “structure” initially assumes the existence of elements that together form the entire, and it is a theoretical model that has a generalizing significance in characterizing complex entities. In jurisprudence and legal practice, this category is used widely enough. Therefore, it becomes necessary to consider the process of lawmaking within the framework of the new concept “structure of lawmaking”, including such elements of the structure as an object, a subject and some others, taking into account the presence of different approaches and contradictions in characterizing the content of these elements.
