Composition of crime as a basic element of criminal law: comparative-legal analysis

The article is a comparative legal analysis of theoretical and normative provisions on the composition of the crime in the criminal law of individual states of the world. The actual problems of understanding the corpus delicti in a comparative aspect were noted. The conclusions drawn and the corresponding proposals are formulated.
