Constituting infrastructures of the agrarian market of suburban zone of Astana in the providing the megalopolis population with food

In an influence zone of the large city Astana the suburban agro-industrial complex is created. It is the intensive diversified complex based on the system of interconnected entities on production, processing and sale of food. In development of suburban agrarian and industrial complex, development of already existing and creation of its new elements is a particular importance of system`s formation of market infrastructure institutes. Market infrastructure of suburban economy in the system of providing the population megalopolis with food represents set of the infrastructure complexes of a trade and intermediary, financial and credit, transport, information, economic, legal infrastructure designed to serve needs of the participants of local food market. Infrastructure of the food market is in many respects determined by amounts and structure of the consumed products and territorial remoteness of producers from suppliers. The population of Astana increases that leads to an intensive surplus of consumption of food and change of structure of consumption towards better products. In living conditions of Kazakhstan in the TS and the WTO use of new instruments of state regulation of an agrarian industry became a necessity. In this article features and tendencies of the development of a residential suburb of Astana, practical aspects of forming of market function conditions of suburban agrarian and industrial complex of the city are considered. It is one of significant factors which determines efficiency and business activity of the system of providing the population with food. The agro-industrial complex of the large city is directly oriented to food supply of this territory, urged to satisfy the needs of the population in high-quality, rhythmically arriving and accepted at the prices products of agricultural industry. Its steady functioning will allow to increase food security and level of living of the population.
