A component of the model for analyzing the impact of renewable energy sources on the market value of electricity in Russia

In the article, the author examines the organizational foundations and functions of the balancing group of the guaranteed buyer as the main mechanism for implementing the state program to support the development of producers with renewable energy sources. The main advantages and disadvantages of such facilities in terms of their impact on pricing processes in organized segments of the Russian electricity market are analyzed. Common approaches to solving problems arising in the context of an increase in the share of electricity production from renewable sources in Russia are identified. Approaches to the construction of tools for analyzing the factors of influence of the volumes of electricity produced by stations with renewable sources on pricing processes in organized segments of the Russian electricity market are proposed.
