Carotid endarterectomy was performed in 28 patients in the early recovery period after stroke. The power spectra and coherence indicators of the intrahemispheric EEG characteristics were analyzed. A significant decrease in the performance of the power spectrum of the slow-wave activity, in the restoration of the physiological rhythms of the alpha and beta bands in both hemispheres was registered. Significant changes were revealed on the side of the primary ischemic focus.
