In this article is described a monitoring study of coenopopulations Lilium pensylvanicum Ker.-Gawl. (сем. Liliaceae Juss.) South-Western Yakutia. The three coenopopulations from 2005 to 2008 were studied. The L. pensylvanicum - perennial herbal plant with bulb. All studied cenopopulations are normal and incomplete. The coenopopulations of L. pensylvanicum depends on the ecological and phytocenotic environmental condition. The coenopopulations depend on the degree of soil moisture and species composition of phytocenosis. A comprehensive assessment identified optimal conditions in the coenopopulation 1 (mixed-grass-cereal meadow), unfavorable - in cenopopulation 2 (floodplain mixed-grass-cereal meadow).
