The hemodynamics status of the lower limbs in patients with the spine-spinal cord injuries

The complex study of the lower limb circulation was made in 53 patients with the spine-spinal cord injuries. The hemodynamics peculiarities were determined for all the levels: magistral and peripheral, capillary. In the magistral bed the blood flow structure was changed, pulsation index was decreased and so the systolic pressure of femur, the linear rate in feet vessels was increased. There was decrease of reserve potentials and regulation disorder during functional tests in the peripheral bed.
