Studied hemodynamics of brain vessels in 60 patients with atherosclerotic lesion of internal carotid arteries and the arteries of the lower limbs. Blood flow was assessed according to Doppler ultrasound in the extracranial and intracranial levels of the departments of brachycephalic arteries. The results of the speed of hemodynamics of cerebral vessels were compared with those of reserves autoregulation of cerebral circulation. The results of the study concluded that the definition of cerebrovascular reactivity is an important diagnostic method for detecting the degree of decrease of cerebral perfusion in patients with stenosis of the internal carotid artery of less than 75%.
