Surgical interventions were performed in 10 dogs at the age of 1-2 years in which the status of hemostasis and the indices of hemogram were studied during modeling of spinal bone injury. It was demonstrated that the correlation between procoagulants, and anticoagulants and their inhibitors, which allowed to avoid thrombohemorrhagic complications, was tracked all over the experiment. The status of hemostasis and that of peripheral blood in healing of canine iliac fractures gave evidence of favorable mechanic-and-biologic conditions of reparative regeneration, which were created by an external fixator.
