The article examines the state and dynamics of commercial bribery, provides statistical data of official state bodies. The author shows the share of commercial bribery in the total mass of crimes and in the structure of crimes against the interests of the service in commercial and other organizations. Some measures aimed at slowing the growth dynamics of commercial bribery in the Russian Federation are proposed.
