State and main aspects of provision the quality and safety of food products in the Republic of Buryatia

The analysis of the data of laboratory research of food products shows instability of contamination indicators by chemical and microbiological contaminants. Once again a necessity of program approach to solution of existing problems is emphasized. It will provide with adequate and safe nutrition the population of the Republic of Buryatia.
