State and prospects of the budget credits as an instrument of the government cash management of the regional budgets in the Russian Federation

This article focuses on the budget credits as the instruments of the government cash management. The article consist of the several parts: introduction investigates the trend of the budget credits, the next part shows the types of the budget credits, which cover the cash shortfall, in the Russian practice. There are some recommendations to improve the mechanism of the budget credits in conclusions.
