The state and prospects of digitalization of legal practice

The article focuses on the state, current problems, and prospects for the development of digital technologies in the field of legal practice. The current processes related to the introduction of digital services into judicial practice are analyzed, the first steps towards digitalization in the justice system in Russia from 2017 to the present are specified. The authors reveal some problems associated with this process and analyze the main causes for the slow transition to the total digitalization of the justice system in the Russian Federation.
