State and perspectives of international china-Russia transport routs

The article deals with state of international transport routs (ITR) between Heilongjiang province and the Russian Federation and the problems that both countries face, i.e. backwardness of transport infrastructure, imperfection of buildings and gate operation, inequality of transport routs' development, irrationality of transport routs allocation, weather conditions. The author prognoses that strategies of both China and Russia governments make it provide for improvements in relations between Heilongjiang province and Russia and give a new impetus to Heilongjiang.
