Condition and the prospects of development of transport coverage of macroregions of Russia in the context of formation of the common economic space

As main objective of a research is consideration of a role of a transport and infrastructure component in formation of a common economic space of the Russian Federation and modernization of an economic system of the country. The author systematized the relevant directions of spatial integration. Assessment of transport security as the subject of research on concrete examples of Russian regions is carried out, current trends in development of regional transport infrastructure and the transport system in national economy of the Russian Federation are analyzed. The potential opportunities created by introduction of the concept of structuring Russian regions with differentiation on micro and macroregions for development of transport security in a regional section are analyzed and also estimated problems which can arise in practice of its realization are allocated. Special attention is paid to the prospects of development and problems of the Far East macroregion. The author proves a thesis that the territory can be the locomotive for less developed regions only in the conditions of the intensive interterritorial exchange which is based on the corresponding infrastructure, first of all, transport which defines activization of commodity, resource and information exchange of regions within internal and external radius during rapprochement of production potentials. There is reasoned the fact that the solution of the remaining problems of transport availability (which differentiation is carried out in article) in the short term in domestic conditions is impossible only by forces of regions. As the main conclusion need of application of an integrated methodical approach for the solution of problems of transport availability in regions of the Russian Federation for the purpose of full introduction of the concept of structural differentiation and use of its advantages to development of the transport industry and infrastructure of territories is defined.
