Current state and trends of the control system in Iraqi healthcare organizations

The article is devoted to assessing the current state and prospects of control in healthcare organizations of Iraq. It analyzes the historical background of healthcare system in the country, the challenges that Iraq faces in this field, as well as the state of the regulatory framework governing medical activities and the effectiveness of these standards, provides examples of successful reforms and introduction of modern technologies that contribute to improving control over medical facilities. The research is aimed at studying the evolution of this facet of the health care economy and searching for the ways to further improve the system. The s^pe of research is the mechanisms and instruments of control over the quality of medical services and observance of patients' rights, the subject is Iraqi healthcare organizations, as well as public authorities and independent entities that exercise control over their activities. We focus on interaction of various participants in the process, their role and importance in ensuring a high level of health care in the country. As a result of the study, we have proposed the measures for further improvement of the control system with an emphasis on the need for international cooperation and experience exchange to achieve a high level of health care in Iraq.
